Having worked all over the world as a specialist plastering and rendering contractor I am currently looking for work in the UAE.
I can train semi skilled workers in the application techniques of all specialist finishes which will save the contractor paying for skilled labour this also reduces construction costs as there is a minimal amount of material wastage.
The most problems I have come across is basic lack of knowledge of the correct procedures required for the application of specialist products. Even the best Plasterers and Renderers who have years of experience simply may not have come across or used Dryvit or Sto EIFS systems, they may not have used Itailian Marble Plasters or Manufactured or fixed Elaborate Cornice or embelishments.
I have never come across a lack of enthusiasm when I have been called to a site to assess the problems. All the guys I have trained have wanted to learn the correct methods and are more than willing to do this as it enhances their skills and they take pride in being able to do the job correctly.
If your site is running behind schedule? then I can offer a Damage Limitation Service.
This will entail a site visit to assess the problem/s I will then produce a schedule of works to get the contract back on course. This will invariably involve.
1. Meeting with Main and Sub Contractors to assess the problems.
2. Instigating Correct Material Purchace, Storage and Handling Procedures.
3. Correct Material Mixing, Correct Material Application and Finishing Methods.
4. Designation of a suitable sub contractor management system from Project Manager to Site Labour.
5. Correct Method Statement Production to satisfy potential future client damage claims against the main contractor.
6. Ensuring that everyone knows what they are doing and delivering a first class completed job on time and within budgets.
The systems I teach and train are:
1. Dryvit/Sto EIFS (External Insulation and Finishing Systems.
2. Monocouche Through Coloured Renders.
3. Polished Italian Marble Plastering.
4. Cornice Manufacture and Fixing.

Please note that if my services are required then I would require the company to supply a Visa as well as Travel and Accomodation Expences, as well as any fee to be agreed.
